SAVANNAH, Ga– The Savannah Police Department is investigating an Aug. 29 shooting in the 500 block of W. 33rd that left an adult male with non-life-threatening injuries.
SPD responded to the scene at around 11 p.m. based on reports of an aggravated assault. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim. He was treated and transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center. An initial investigation determined the victim was shot at from a moving vehicle that immediately fled the scene.
