April 8 Update: With assistance from the U.S. Marshals Southeast Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) and the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO), intelligence was gathered about Kelvin Hamilton’s location. Around 6 a.m. today, SERFTF task force officers and JCSO deputies responded to a residence on the 800 block of Cohen Road in Pineland, SC and apprehended him. Hamilton is currently awaiting extradition to the Chatham County Detention Center, where he will be served with his warrants for party to the crime of murder and probation violation. This is the fourth arrest in the December 2019 homicide case of Tori Sterling.

SAVANNAH, GA (April 3, 2020) –Savannah Police Homicide detectives and the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) are seeking the community’s assistance locating a fourth suspect in the December 2019 homicide of Tori Sterling, 25.

Kelvin Hamilton, 25, is wanted for murder and probation violation in connection to the fatal shooting of Sterling on December 22, 2019 on W. 37th and Whitaker streets. Hamilton is 5’11” and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He is known to frequent the area of Queen Ann Court and East Savannah.

Kenneth Scott, 26, was arrested in New Jersey on March 18 by the U.S. Marshals Service New York/ New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force in connection to this case. Scott is currently awaiting extradition to the Chatham County Detention Center where he will be served his warrant for murder. Alajuakee Chamell Solomon, 31, and Atravien Richardson, 31, were both apprehended and charged with murder in connection to this case earlier this year.
