SAVANNAH, GA (September 16, 2019) – Savannah Police Southside Precinct detectives are asking for the community’s assistance identifying a suspect involved in a fraudulent credit card theft.

Detectives believe the theft occurred in early August, and the card was used fraudulently on Thursday, August 15. One of the transactions occurred at the Walmart on the 10400 block of Abercorn Street, where the suspect acquired approximately $2,800 from the victim’s account.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s. During the incident, he wore a white button-down, short-sleeved shirt.
