Chief Willie Lovett stated “ Not every day do citizens step forward to help out. It showed determination and courage, and is a wonderful example of how our partnership with the community has led to a reduction in crime. These soldiers already do a great thing by serving our country, now they have done a great thing in their own community. They were clearly in the right place at the right time, and we thank them.
