Savannah Police Seek to Identify Theft, Credit Card Fraud Suspects
SAVANNAH, GA (June 20, 2019) – Savannah Police Southside Precinct detectives need the community’s help identifying two suspects in the theft of a wallet on June 4.
At around 11:00 a.m., while visiting Panera Bread on the 8100 block of Abercorn Street, the victim noticed two males standing in close proximity to her. Shortly after leaving, she received notifications that her card had been used at multiple stores. The amounts charged totaled approximately $3,000.
Surveillance footage captured both males involved in the theft of the victim’s wallet. One suspect is described as a male wearing a black and white hat, blue shirt and dark pants. The second suspect is described as a male wearing a floral shirt, black jacket and tan pants.
