Savannah Police Seek Identity of Auto, Credit Card Theft Suspect
SAVANNAH, GA (April 26, 2019) – The Savannah Police Southside Precinct detectives are asking for the community’s assistance identifying a suspect in an auto theft and larceny case.
The victim’s vehicle was stolen on April 6th at a hotel on the 11200 block of Abercorn Street, which contained his wallet and a firearm. The female suspect was later captured on surveillance footage using the victim’s credit card. Since the incident, police have recovered the vehicle and firearm, but still need to identify the suspect.
The suspect is described as a middle-aged black woman. In the photo captured by surveillance footage, she wore a floral shirt, jeans and boots.
