Savannah Police Investigate Fatal Cutting on Talina Lane

SAVANNAH, GA (July 26, 2018) – Savannah Police’s Violent Crimes Unit have charged a Savannah man with murder after responding to a fatal cutting on July 25.

About 10:35 p.m. officers were called to an apartment on Talina Lane for a suicidal person. When officers arrived, they discovered 37-year-old Raphael Milligan, who told officers he had just killed his roommate.

Inside the apartment, officers discovered Gregory Davis, 54, deceased from an apparent cutting.

Milligan was arrested on a charge of murder.
