SAVANNAH, GA (January 5, 2016): Southside Precinct investigators of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department seek to identify the suspect who stole several thousand dollars’ worth of lawn care equipment on Dec. 20.
At approximately 11:18 a.m., Metro responded to a report of theft at a storage center on the 100 block of Tibet Avenue. Investigators believe the items were stolen between Dec. 17 and Dec. 20. The lawn care equipment was stored in trucks at the storage center, where the suspect used hand tools to enter the trucks and retrieve the stolen lawn equipment.
