SAVANNAH, GA (January 24, 2016): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department detectives are investigating an armed robbery and aggravated assault that injured a Savannah teen at approximately 11 p.m., Jan. 23, near Leghorn and Washington Street.

Police responded to Memorial University Medical Center following the report of a 16-year-old white male with a gunshot wound. The victim reported he was walking along Leghorn Street when a black, four-door sedan pulled up with two black males and one black female suspect. The victim was then shot and robbed.
