SAVANNAH, GA (December 26, 2017) – Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes detectives arrested a 24-year-old man for murder today.
Around 7:40 a.m. on December 15, officers responded to a check subject call in the 1100 block of East 67th Street. They found Theron Warner, 40, deceased from shooting-related injuries.
Through their investigative efforts, detectives determined Warner was previously engaged in criminal activity with another man, 24-year-old George Bostick. Bostick’s felonious actions ultimately led to the shooting of Warner. Accordingly, he was charged with felony murder.
Bostick was served with his warrant for felony murder on Dec. 26.
