SAVANNAH, GA (January 24, 2013): A Savannah man was treated for a gunshot wound Wednesday night after being struck by a bullet two other men fired at his apartment door.
John Perry, 25, was transported to Memorial University Medical Center for treatment of the injury after the 6:20 p.m. shooting at the Turtle Creek Apartments on the 11900 block of White Bluff Road.
Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police said two black males fired multiple rounds at the door of the apartment before leaving in a vehicle. The victim said he recognized one of the men.
Violent crimes detectives continue to investigate the shooting.
