SAVANNAH, GA (April 10, 2013): A Savannah man wanted on three charges and for questioning in a March 20 shooting death was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police today.
Ashley Maurice Hudson, 31, was being sought for questioning in the March 20 death of Achmed Kiwaan Williams on the 1100 block of East 54th Street.
Members of the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested him today in the same house as the shooting location on three warrants from the State Court of Chatham County. Also arrested was Hudson’s girlfriend Ayanna Blocker for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.
Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police homicide detectives continue to investigate the shooting death.
