SAVANNAH, GA (April 28, 2015): Monday, Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Animal Control Unit responded to a report of five goats standing in the road at 52nd and Exchange streets.
Patrol officers corralled the goats until Animal Control arrived at the scene. All of the goats were impounded without incident. They will be available for adoption to pre-approved individuals in five days.
Anyone interested in being considered for adoption of the goats should contact SCMPD Animal Control at 912-652-6575.
