SAVANNAH, GA (March 12, 2015): The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has joined Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police in the search for a 78-year-old Savannah man who disappeared from a senior residence building Monday afternoon.
Issac Cuttary is a black male, standing 5-foot-3 and weighing 193 pounds with brown eyes. He is mostly bald with some gray hair and suffers from mild dementia.
The GBI on Wednesday afternoon issued a “Mattie’s Call” alert to news media across the state in an effort to call attention to his disappearance.
Cuttary was dropped off at Rose of Sharon Apartments on the 300 block of East Taylor Street about 2 p.m. Monday. He was reported missing by his family on Wednesday.
He is known to frequent the East Victory Drive/Skidaway Road area and nearby McAlpin Square shopping center and Home Depot as well East 36th and East 38th streets east of Wallin Street.
Anyone with information on his location is asked to call Emergency 911.
