The collision claimed the lives of Rashan Floyd, 29, and Shannon Lovelace, 33.

Investigators believe Floyd was traveling southbound on White Bluff Road at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his Mustang. The Mustang crossed the median before colliding with Lovelace’s blue Chevrolet Cruze and a Buick sedan.
