SAVANNAH, GA (November 3, 2014): Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police are trying to identify a man who robbed the Ameris Bank branch on the 400 block of Stephenson Avenue this afternoon.
The white male indicated he had a gun and took money from a teller before leaving in a dark sedan similar to a Honda or Toyota about 1:27 p.m.. No one was injured.
The suspect was described as about 30 to 40, tall, thin, with facial hair. He was wearing a dark blue hooded shirt and gloves.
